Kendall Williams: Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, HeartMath Coach, Yoga Instructor, LMBT #11669

“This is my simple religion. No need for temples. No need for complicated philosphy. Your own mind, your own heart is the temple. Your philosophy is simple kindness” – Dalai Lama

yogarockMy life has been inspired by experience, both my own and by the lives of others. I have been facilitating transformational experiences for individuals and groups for fourteen years. I have dedicated myself as both the creator and director of two distinct clinical mindfulness based adventure therapy programs while maintaining a private massage practice.

My extensive professional background working with mind –body based therapeutic techniques led me into full time private practice in 2015. Specializing in body oriented health and healing within a clinical setting, I contract with two highly regarded holistic treatment centers in Asheville, CooperRiis and Willow Place. I integrate a dynamic blend of bodywork treatments and work from a Somatic Experiencing® approach. I am currently pursuing certification as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner®.

I source my joy from spending time alone, with my partner, family and friends. I love to write, cook, SUP, mountain bike, paint, canoe, practice yoga and walk in the woods. Travel continues to inspire and infuse my life with beauty.
